3ARC Angel™ Peace of mind for just 50p/day

Simply press and hold speed dial 3 and your mobile 'phone will automatically dial a specially stored 0871 number that links you to the support centre.

(One-touch speed dial is a standard facility on most mobile handsets.)

This will open up a voice call to one of our Angels, who will assess the situation and provide assistance to the caller: co-ordinating with emergency services, or other people on the user’s list of contacts (e.g. notifying next-of-kin).

Each user will be provided with a secure password to our web server, to update their unique profile using a standard browser; this will include full name and address, age, height, weight and relevant occupational details. The profile can also include important medical history details such as allergies, physical disabilities, current medication, recovery from a stroke or heart attack etc. (This information can be updated at any time through your web browser.)

The key to 3ARC Angel™ is response, as all user details appear on computer screens in the support centre as soon as the call opens. In a moment of stress or illness, the user does not have to repeat any details or remember names and numbers. The support centre can react straight away, saving what may be vital minutes.

3ARC Angel™ thus provides an affordable monitoring service for people who need rapid reassurance (family & friends, or schools). This can be less daunting than a full 999 call, for users who are not sure if they need an ambulance or do not wish to involve the Police unnecessarily…plus our friendly Angels are specially trained to respond immediately with the most appropriate course of action (including a calming dialogue, based upon the user’s personal profile).

The 3ARC Angel™ service includes:

  • Support Centre Monitoring (24x7)
  • Secure web password for user details
  • Incident Activation
  • 12 False Activations per calendar year included within the contract (One per calendar month)
  • 1 Emergency Panic Activation included within the contract(See terms and conditions)
  • Annual support contract: 50p/day, paid quarterly in advance by direct debit.
  • Calls cost 10p per minute. Network charges may vary.
